Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu addressed the Jewish National Fund Conference on Tuesday. After thanking the JNF for shouldering a great part of the reforestation burden caused by the major Carmel forest fire by raising 10 million dollars for the project, the Prime MInister went on to discuss other conflagrations.
