Kedem: Avraham Rosenblum & Diaspora Yeshiva Band

A montage of pictures and images of recent events in Israel set to Avraham Rosenblum's multi-layered musical observations of society and Jewish life.

The title track of the album, "kedem," a Hebrew word which implies the time continuum of past, present, and future," is based around the Biblical passage, "Return us to You and we shall return. Renew our days as of old." In the past, a state of perfection existed in The Garden of Eden. In the future, perfection will re-enter the world through the coming of Mashiach Ben David.
